The link to Hotspot FX gives Metatrader a more robust and reliable price feed and Straight Through Processing (STP) execution, where trades requested by customers on a Metatrader platform would be executed directly against bank feeds connected to the Hotspot FX platform, thus eliminating a need for a dealing desk and any stale price issue.
